Ingredients:
- 1 (2 to 2.5 lbs) pork tenderloin
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Baklouti Fused Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Portuguese Chiquitita EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
- 3 tablespoons Lavender Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 to 6 slices bacon
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
