  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baklouti Fused Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Portuguese Chiquitita EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
  • 3 tablespoons Lavender Dark Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 to 6 slices bacon
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Prepare Pork Tenderloin:
    • In a small bowl, combine salt and paprika. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
    • Wrap the tenderloin with bacon slices, securing the sides with toothpicks.
  3. Sear the Tenderloin:
    • Heat Baklouti Fused Olive Oil and Chiquitita EVOO in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
