Located next to Paleta Mia, Garden of Eden is anything but eclectic. It features more than 60 different varieties of olive oils and balsamic vinegars and charismatic owner Adel Youssef is always happy to tell you about (and let you sample) each and every kind.
"You also can mix right here in the store that olive oil and balsamic vinegar and see what kind of combination you like best for your cooking for your health benefits and everything," said Julia Dospehoff, co-owner of Garden of Eden Olive Oil Company.
Owner Julia Dospehoff, a New Tampa resident, and her partner Adel Youssef will be transforming the old gift shop into a mecca for fans of high-quality olive oils, vinegars and spices. The location will also include a tasting bar.
Two entrepreneurs started Garden of Eden recently, which is an olive oil company focusing on infused oils and different varieties of balsamic vinegar.
